Your best bet would be to ask a local record shop to import a few copies direct from Japan if they can, if not try www.pop-group.net, go to the shop and try and navigate to the checkout, it's not as bad as most Japanese sites. Also I know POPGROUP, whihc is the label, have distro via amazon and HMV in Japan, which means you might be able to import order them from the western versions of these sites, but that's not always the case.
