City of God’s Son – a beat cinematic

Just came across this via a site that linked to our 'A Boom Bap Continuum' mix. The guy very kindly compared the scope of our mix to the scope of this project. Which is very flattering.

The idea behind it is, to me, amazing – a hip hop opera for the 21st century, for the Youtube kids and those like me who grew up in the 80s and 90s with NYC hip hop as the soundtrack to our teenage years, regardless of whether or not we were NYC kids.
